Lead the way as you bring all parties together to coordinate people, product, process and system impacting change for Wholesale customers. Identify the implications of any change early, to ensure a positive customer experience. Make sure everybody is ready for launch without impacting any current services.
With a focus on delivering measurable customer benefits and a quality customer experience, you will need to manage project deliverables and any associated customer change. Guide the project to succeed and keep all internal and external stakeholders informed. Identify issues early before they become problems to ensure the change is seamless to Wholesale customers.
In addition to the project aspect you will take the lead for on-boarding new Wholesale customers. This will include liaising with key internal and external stakeholders; ensuring the customer is fully trained on Wholesale systems, products and processes; ensuring all the correct commercial documents are in place.
Your experience in operations and project coordination means that you can work to understand the often complex requirements of the different teams involved and help to identify the best solution for the customer. Your operational expertise has given you an understanding of how things get done and you have a good understanding of telecommunications technology and the changing regulatory environment. In addition you are also skilled at managing multiple projects, project planning and leading virtual delivery teams.

The commercial/decision support function is responsible for driving a deeper understanding of product economics and capital investments and overseeing the wholesale capital programme. This enables robust and sound commercial decision making to minimise risks.
You will provide sound business advice, proactively identify and assess commercial and financial risk inherent in proposed new business arrangements. And you will design and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the business.
Working closely with key stakeholders both inside and out of wholesale your natural leadership and relationship building skills will be utilised and valued. A strong background in financial and/or risk analysis is essential as is sound commercial experience.

Create and manage all aspects of IP interconnect services, leading the development and delivery of IP voice interconnect products through the full lifecycle, including planning and product management to achieve the goals and direction of the interconnection portfolio. Be the subject matter expert and provide knowledge to customer facing groups during the sales and design process. Manage the financial contribution to achieve planned revenue and contribution targets to ensure end to end product profitability while contributing to the product plans and roadmaps. Work with key industry stakeholder groups to help define the future of IP interconnection.
Your passion for product management coupled with a broad knowledge of telecommunications means you have vision and a desire to shape the future of Wholesale. You're experienced in product lifecycle management, including an understanding of product economics and pricing principles, and enjoy getting into the detail of strategic implications of complex issues. Provide a deeper understanding of performance drivers across the Wholesale team and our suppliers as you analyse the information, identify trends, issues and errors. Give clarity for all on what we're measuring, why it's important and what it means for the Customer Service team. Measure the performance of our suppliers and internal service delivery teams against customer and regulatory commitments.
Drive insightful analysis, delivering service related reporting that ensures targets are met and operational service levels can be improved upon. Leverage SLA frameworks and feed in what are important performance measures, such as analysing the performance of the provisioning function in an accurate and useful format. Provide the data needed to support continuous improvement and operational capability opportunities for improvement.
You've a reporting and measurement background where you've applied your structured thinking to translate data into useful information. You're an expert on Excel and can pull data from a variety of different sources and succinctly present it to any audience. Your understanding of our customer service and operational processes is vital to enable you to make sense of the data.
