Reporting Suspected Undertakings Breaches

If you believe Telecom Wholesale is in breach of the Operational Separation Undertakings, we encourage you to contact your account manager in the first instance to try to resolve the issue directly.

If you would like to escalate the issue, you can email the Wholesale Undertakings Manager, remembering to provide us with the following information:

  • Your contact details (name, company, phone number and email address)
  • A description of the issue you would like us to investigate, including when it occurred
  • A reference to the Undertaking(s) that you consider have been breached
  • The impact that this issue has had or is likely to have had on your business
  • Details of any dealings you have had with Telecom Wholesale to attempt to resolve the issue
  • Any relevant information or documents in support of the issue

Alternatively, you can contact the Independent Oversight Group (IOG), which has been established to monitor and report on Telecom Wholesale compliance with the Undertakings. For more information on the IOG, you can visit their website.
