The Undertakings for Basic Unbundled Bitstream Access impose new forecasting requirements on service providers and more stringent reporting requirements on Telecom. 

To make it easier for service providers to comply with these requirements, Telecom is building a forecasting portal which will capture service forecasts in a standardised manner.  This same portal will provide reporting to allow each service provider to check Telecom's provisioning performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
