Telecom Wholesale Charter

Three aspirational principles are outlined in the charter, and guide how we interact with our wholesale customers.

These are:

  • Consistent service delivery for end-users between Telecom retail and other wholesale customers
  • Launch of intermediate products which are consistent between Telecom retail and other wholesale customers
  • Greater transparency and communication.
